Mentoring

Mentoring is very important in raising up the next generation of leaders. Investing in the lives of others was of high priority in the ministry of Jesus Christ. So, following the example that Jesus Christ set for us all, the 242 Student Ministry works to connect our students with an adult mentor to help coach them through life.

Students and mentors meet regularly each month to spend time together for one year. After that year students have the option to stay with their mentor coach or choose another.

Students with mentor coaches are also encouraged to work with younger students in RCC Children's Ministry program. This way the investment in someone's life is both experienced and put into action.
